yep...and so are the english muffin breakfast sandwiches. i'd eat them even if i wasn't on a diet.
my man makes fun of my kitchen because the entire freezer is diet dinners...the fridge is bottled water and OJ...the cabinets are rice cakes and such...then you have HIS cabinet with muffins, cookies, chips, pop tarts, etc. and HIS part of the fridge with bbq, dr. pepper, and sweet tea...

Hahaha sounds like our house. But he's actually eating a lot healthier these days too.
I tried Nutrisystem for a little while but didn't end up liking it---not flexible enough. But we still have food leftover, so when he was starting a "hurricane kit" he threw a bunch of the meals in there, pretty convenient!

I'm not a smoker myself, but one of our friends quit a few months ago using the patch. He said it was his first time EVER to even try to quit, and so far it's worked really well. He said he had a hard time sleeping the first few nights, but that went away and he hasn't smoked since early March when he started the patch.

I'm trying to quit smoking also. I know some people who used the patch and it didn't work for them. They said they were smoking cigarettes while wearing the patch. I'm sure it helps for people who only smoke maybe a quarter of a pack a day. Not people like me, lol.

yeah i smoke a whole lot...
it's got even worse now that i'm back in a management position!
i thought about the patch, but i heard that you can actually OD on nicotine if you slip up and smoke while wearing it. maybe i'm just gullible LOL
i just hate how much cigarettes cost now and the way i smell and OBVIOUSLY the damage it does to one's body so i'd REALLY like to quit.
know anything about the nicotine gum? seems like it would be nasty as hell!

From what I hear, nicotine gum tastes nasty and kinda burns in the mouth. Not a lot but enough to be annoying. And it doesn't help. The only thing I've heard that somewhat helps is the lozenges.

Yeah you always see these commercials or ads for meds that sound great, then they start listing the side effects, and you are like UMMM nevermind. When the side effects are worse than the condtion you are trying to treat, maybe not such a good thing lol
